It may be 'in style' if you are posing for an Abercrombie catalog. I would still laugh very hard if I saw some guy walking around sporting the look though.

No to ties and collars worn up. If that is "in" style then it has to be about as bad as when Don Johnson started wearing casual white suits with a colored tshirt. And men followed suit. ;)

It was the thing in the 80's with the "preps" at my school. Who knows, maybe like bell bottoms, tye dyed and the metal studded belts, the prep is on the come back too!
