Whats the first thing you eat or drink in the morning?!
Question: for me its----- OJ (the drink ,not the wife killer) and then I move to coffee.. and pretty much stay on that theme ALL day.

Too much coffee isn't good. I'd recommend you try tea -- especially green tea. The health benefits are numerous.

for me it's a cup of coffee. i usually wake up feeling tired, and drinking a cup of coffee helps me get through the day. sometimes, after a cup of coffee, i'd make myself some toast
absolutely nothing!
