I don't have kids but I bought a two gifts from Children's Place and I liked it, I never went to Gap kids.
I love both but I shop more @ children's place, ours has really good constant sales that I'm addicted too!!!
I am very happy to say neither, and I am even happier to say that is has been years since I have had to do the baby isle in a grocery store. However if I had to choose, but I don't Gap Kids.

I like Gap but I will buy anything for them as long as it is a quality item. I won't spend my hard earned money on junk that falls apart right away.
I prefer Gap Kids too. Children's place has really sucky styles :/
