No, not always because they can cause you to end up going back and starting all over again. Shortcuts are not always the shorter avenue.

short cuts don't do much for you except help you finish whatever you want to finish as fast as possible
although like everyone i choose shortcuts because it's easier. but often i take the hard way. people say that it might be a waste of time but i don't see it that way. it's not a waste when you are taking advantage of what the long way is giving you

Can't say that I do. I weigh each option equally once presented to me. Life is all about one good decision after another.

I actually make it harder on myself than I need to, but I feel the result is worth it.
Cooking, painting, etc..I think the extra effort does show through.
