Are spare ribs worth all the work?!
Question: Not for me. Cutting the meat off those bones can take a lot of time. Eating off the bone may be easier for most, but I have major dental work & can't afford to have it redone for a few tastie bits.

yes...because a person doesn't make them very often....
what work? poach them for about 2 hours and then broil them. they taste the same as if you slow cooked them for 2 days...
