I think people should not be mysterious of who they are, if you want that person to know what you look like, then you should send the picture, same for the guy. it's childish to be mysterious and keeping your picture secretive.
unless he's got something to hide he should just go for it... and so should she. they either are or aren't going to be interested. so stop wasting time and get it over with.
