Do you stare while driving by a car accident?!
Question: NO! That's a huge pet peeve of mine. Keep your eyes on the road, slow down so you don't hit a paramedic, but DRIVE! You are going to cause another accident!!!!

Even though I get mad when other people do, I still do it.
No. I glance and look, but if I was staring I would create a new accident.
No! And this drives me crazy when people do. Why? I know that there was probably some wreckage and I don't really want to see that. I never understood the draw of people around them.
usually i'm the one cursing, cuz all the rubberneckers are not moving fast enuff! if u've seen one accident u've seen them all. just watch the news.
Yeah....but i never rubber neck. It's hard to drive by a wreck and not even peak at it.
Well I do like to check it out because I am irritated about the hold up. I hate it when people do - here in texas we call it rubbernecking. If the accident is not even on the highway then please keep the traffic flowing. If the accident is on the highway and it shuts down 3 of the 4 lanes then you have no choice but to check out the accident because we are in a traffic jam anyways.
I think most all of us do, i know i do and i have seen others who do as well.

i did. its dangerous looking at a car accident while driving. one time i was look at one and i almost crashed into a car. i stoped just in time or else i would have rear ended someone. after that i dont do it anymore.
Nope. I try not to - my son died in a car accident so.....you get where I'm going.......I tend to pray for the people involved and I always ask God, please don't let anymore car accidents happen in my family....I HATE car accidents !
I admit I look but I think staring would push it a little far. I also say a little prayer that no one was harmed and if they are harmed let them live to see another day. And if they are not going to live, let them have gone quickly or go quickly.

I'm tempted, but my hatred of rubbernecking keeps my eyes on the road. I may steal a furtive glance, but just quickly and it's over. Besides, memories of emergency medical response might bring back negative flashbacks. Once, I had to pull over and calm down before I put myself or anybody else in danger.
I just glance and keep on going.
No, I'd rather not see something that may be tramatizing...I've seen it before (not wanting to) and I never wana see it again.

You all need to cut it out and mind your own business! That's called Rubber neckin, and it holds up traffic. Just look ahead and keep going. You can see the graphic pics on the net if you really need to see something like that!

but i do catch a glimpse of it in the rear mirror,
and at the corner of my eye wile passing by.
No.... I try to keep my eyes on the traffic ahead of me so I'm not the next person that people are driving by and staring at.
