run ... i run every morning gives me tons of energy for the day !!!!

walk but not for long periods of time, I have damaged my knees hips and ankles from 13 years of cheerleading, so thats why I kayak now

both I just started running so i walk more then I run but I love the endorphins from running.

i like to walk most of the time ^_^
