yes, I was fishing with my dad and a friend when I was very young. I fell off the pier and the undertow swept me out into the Gulf. My dad jumped in to save me, got to within about 5 feet of me, clutched his heart and had a heart attack. I thought I was going to die. Another person jumped in and saved me. To this day I remember it vividly! It was traumatic and I still do not like water. Hate boats and being in the ocean, not even a big fan of swimming pools either.
Thanks for making me relive the experience....................now I am gonna shower!
