Saturday and Sunday: Take 48 hours off from reality!!! ;0)

P.S - no looking for talent, I fancy Mr Nice like crazy do not think that anybody is hotter than him!!! ;0)

i workout at home

no

I try and get my CV up. But I can't keep it up I'm too lazy!!!!

Same as 'sandwich eater'. Too expensive and time-consuming to be going to the gym all the time..

I don't do gym.. Or Jim..

I do 40 minutes of Tae Bo everyday - at home tho! I'd prefer to not embarass myself in public! I'm not very graceful. You'll never see me on one of those videos.

well i do it at home, i really dont have time going to the gym

Yes, i do . usually 4 times a week but I've been a bit lazy lately and I'm going twice a week at the moment. I lift weight only.

I go to the gym and do cardio work out 4 times a week and go for a sauna 2 times a week. And yes of course I check out the talent while I am there.

Yes, I go workout when i don't have to go to work which is 3 days a week plus a weekend with hubby.

I go and do my circuit, legs one day, upper body the next and 20 minutes of cardio. From Jan 1st to like Jan 9th.

Gym? Gym? What's that!?!
I get my exercise walking to (and from) the local coffee shop. (Their bagels are excellent as is their coffee!)

i went once & hated every minute on it. i found it profoundly boring & couldn't wait to get out of there...never again!

i would really love to be able to go swimming more often but i fear being harpooned

LOL I see em all the time. Sorry to say it's normally the women (honest) They have on a ton of make up, designer labels and work out their hands lifting cups of coffee. I've been training for 7 years and do it well cos otherwise it isn't worth doing.

Yes, actually I do! Usually 4 or 5 times a week, depending on the week....I usually run for about 45 minutes, lift some weights, and I have a stretching routine I do afterwards. Never go to the sauna at all, actually!

I go to the gym and I exercise at home as well. I run on the treadmill, and the cross trainer and the exercise bike.. At home I use my fit ball, and my light weights and then I have a few exercise dvd's that I use as well

im too young to go to a gym

I go to pulmonary rehab twice a week. Treadmill, bike, hand cycle, wall pulleys, barbells! I have gained lung use, muscle mass and lost weight too.

I don't go to gym. I loathe it. I prefer cycling

I work out at home. I hate Gyms. Their smell, they just turn me off.

Yep, active duty Air Force. I stretch do push ups and crunches before running approximately three miles. Saturday or Sunday it's either another run or life cycling. Working out with my troops is one of the things I'm really going to miss. My and the missus are buying new equipment and will have our own gym in our third garage stall when I retire later this year...

i try to work out at home but i never find the energy i need motivating

Not me,B. - I had enough exercise raising my boys - running after them when they were little weightlifting to get them in and out of the pushchair, highchair, bed or bath, wringing out clothes and hanging them out etc.,etc, etc and it hardly stopped once they were all in school either as I still had to fetch and carry and do the shopping, washing and cleaning etc. until they were old enough to do their part.I never had a car like so many today so no need to go to the gym!
No wonder I need a rest now!
As for talent - well there's always my postman - I'm waiting for him to get his shorts back on and then I'll know that Spring had arrived and I can start going out again!

Lift pint off bar to mouth .......and down again. And up.......and down again.

I recently started back hoping to help out with the arthritis in my right knee. I have been in extreme pain lately requiring medical attention and meds specifically for this type of pain. I was told to start with the recumbent bike and another piece of equipment with the same type of movement. It seems to be helping and for that I am grateful. Our new Y is about to open our new pool and I can't wait because water exercises are supposed to be great for my condition too. I too love the sauna and the steam room even more. It helps my asthma!

never been

I've never been inside a gym in my life sparks...just doesn't appeal to me in the slightest hun !!!

No I Think I dont need it because I am not too fat.
