That would depend on how dumb the question is but usually I try to do the best I can to give a honest answer.
Not sure what "mad dog" means.
I certainly bark seriously on other sites- on the serious matters of Government, politics,etc - but in Entertainment, Polls &Surveys I only yap - with tongue firmly in cheek.
Does that make sense ? If not, don't yap back - it's 4am and the neighbours are asleep.
