Question: it started last year,,, this kid stole 4000.00. from us.
the court is taking forever.
OUR CREDIT is ruined. because he stole alot of money from us,,, we got behined.on everything.
no one will refinance us. at good rate.
we will lose our home in 2 months.
We have 2 disabled kids with autism. school calls COSTANTLY for me to go and get them.
NOW i have to get a job.
and my mom (MY BEST FREIND) had a heart attack yesterday.
GOD what are we going to do,?,, someone PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!! if this was YOU,,, and I hope it NEVER is,,,, what would you do,,, or how would you handle all this?

One Step at a Time.
The bills / Home mortgage... there are so many foreclosures they dont want your house they want money.... so find one person in finance of your mortgage to communicate with. One who can make decisions. Let them know of your problem in making the payments. Be honest and make good on promises. Let them know of your pending case for recovery of the money (if this is likely). Make an arrangement you feel you will live up to with the billing departments of each bill. Stick to it. When you promise to pay and then dont - you loose credibility.
As for children... is there a special school they can attend other than main stream public? They will not fit in and get the proper training at public schools. Perhaps there are options for you with two children and your financial situation to qualify for special assistance for them. Tutoring or schooling. Bus rides etc.
If none of these are options; perhaps you might consider home schooling. There is a vast resource and growing on home schooling.
Public schools don't want to have special students (unless it makes them look good).
I too have burdened many difficulties over the years.... Faith is a must. You must also try to focus on one thing at a time. Think it through, collect information, make the best decisions you can. There will be a tomorrow. The trials of yesterday form who you are tomorrow. Gain from it.
Tough to hear and to go through... but there is something in every bad toward some good.
Your children probably dont' get what they need from their schooling and probably is a greater cause of discontent than any "learning" going on. This may be an outcry for change with them. Course I don't have age or history of whom we are discussing... but by age nine or so... they (the kids) will act out - if not before- when they are not getting what they need from the schools.
What do you "really" hope to gain for your children's education. --- A chance at life! Tools they can use to survive. Are they getting that...not just a,b,c's or adding... but life skills, character, decision making, etc..
Hope your mother is ok. I just lost my dad Dec.07 ... there is some great information on alternative health these days. Perhaps these will help to healing you and your mother?? Though the one listed herein is abound by cancer, the information is good and can be applied to other health situations.
I am not a fan of public schools or our eduction system - nor am I fan of today's medical society. I wish you all the luck of healing, faith, patience and guidance... it is a very tough world out there; you'll want your children to be ready as well.
My sister was the only one of us three kids who had home schooling. Now 37, she is self employed and loves what she does. She travels, has many friends, is knowledgeable, and is able to afford those things she wants. My brother and I stilll struggle, hate what we do for living and try to keep ahead of the game.
Prayer to you - believe! Let go of those things you can not control, accept and forgive - move on.....

i'm really sorry about your problems and they are tough ones, seek help from the social security board for your kids, pray for your mom, and remember bad times, as long as they may seem do end and good times will come your way again one day, see about a free lawyer and see about your credit also contact all 3 credit boards and tell them the deal, best wishes for you and your family
