No, I've never dialed myself. I've dialed person A when I meant to dial person B before.
No, but not long after changing my home number I was away and needed to phone home. I could remember both the old and new numbers ... but not which was which! Got it right second time! (This was long before mobile phones, so no electronic memory to help me out)
