I believe a lot of things are being withheld from us.. We will never know what is going on in there... but I do know they are extending the runway...If you go to google earth, and search you will be able to see where they are expending the runway...I think Area 51 is just something that we will hhave to continue to "Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm" about

While my brother was in the Air Force, he had security clearance to enter Area 51, but he says that once he get inside, there is a system of even higher security that even he could not go through.... I guess no matter how high your rank is, you gotta be in on the conspiracy to actually see it.
Its crazy, but I think the entire thing is hype. There is a whole lot of chemical testing going on out there, but the government would rather people think its an alien cover-up and other sci-fi garbage... than to admit the truth:
