it use to be the alarm clock but i have a bad habit of throwing it across the room or into the nearest bin...so now i use the cell phone...cell phones are expensive to be thrown around!plus mom would probably kill me if i do that!!! = )heeheehee

As a matter of fact i do use the alarm on my phone ,cant stand ticking off a clock and on a digital clock you sleep a certain way you can get a little buzzing ...so with my mobile i don`t hear a thing except the alarm !!

It may sound strange but I have never used and alarm clock of any sort. I seem to have the ability to know the time although I am lost if I don't wear a watch. I can wake myself up at any time I need to without an alarm.
