been there-done that. creams dont do much good and if so not for long. try heat...sit in a hot tub of water ,. they are not going away until you see a doctor. hemorrhoids are nothing more than vericose veins like some people get on their legs but have enlarged. eventually they will bleed. along with hemorrhoids you can also have a fistula and a fissure. see a doctor. a specialist is called a proctologist.
