Top Contributor! How do you get it and at what % does your best answer have to b!

Umm I honestly don't have a clue how I got mine. I was in the friends category answering a bunch of questions and i was there a lot. one day it was just there! LOL umm spend a bunch of time in a category and try to get best answer for everything you answer there.
10% best answer in any category except this one.
You contribute alot in the same category and i don't think you need best answers
i think your best answer must at least 10% in a particular section (not in P&S though)
wish I knew because they took mine away for some unknown reason !
Your % has to be above 10% best answers in a particular category. They used to have it for Polls & Surveys but got rid of the Top Contributor badges here over this past summer.
