Over-feeding or under-feeding?!
Question: Which is better? Both are just as bad, but which is better than the other? I always can't come to a conclusion when I think of it.

Overfeeding and underfeeding are equal. Either way you end up being sick.
Depends on if you're referring to yourself or your animal?
It's neglect to 'under-feed' your animal ... but it's a trend to 'under-feed' yourself.
over-feeding, I can always do some exercise.
Over feeding, It's better to be a little overweight instead of being anerexoic.

Sometimes overfeeding a animal can be a good thng for a farmer who plans to sell them for slaughter.
Under-feeding. It's a proven fact that thin people live longer, other things being equal.

since so many die every day frm being under fed.... i would vote over feed.

Yourself or your child?
I feel like overfeeding is better than underfeeding when it comes to a child because underfeeding results in decreased neurological development....and a child will generally not let you grossly overfeed him/her.
Adults can (usually) rectify underfeeding themselves (in the absence of an eating disorder like anorexia or bulimia), but overfeeding could be a different story.
I would say that over-feeding is better :)
My opinion is that anybody offended by under/over feeding is staring too hard.
