i actually heard that the death penalty saves lifes, because if the death penalty is not used on a murderer once that murderer gets out of prison they usually kill more people, so my opinion is to use the death penalty on murderers who deserve it. And whats the point of letting that murderer live their life in prison, because that is wasting money on food and washing their cloths, so i would say use the death penalty and with the money saved spend it on people who actually deserve it like for college funds.

I say yes. I just wish it didn't take so long for it to be carried out.
If there is no doubt that the person accused and found guilty could not have committed the crime, and the crime justifys the death penalty, then "Fry" him/her.
Please do it quickly, too, so my taxes do not feed and house this "animal."
no no crime is worth enough that death is a suitable option is also hypocritical and justifying a cause for death .
I say no to the death penalty just because our justice system has it's share of faults. Therefore I wouldn't want to kill someone for a crime to find out later on they were actually innocent.
