If you recall, these same people picketed the funerals of the 4 girls killed in the bus accident in Huntsville, AL about 1-1/2 years ago. Many people gathered around the burials sites of these girls to protect the family and the bikers were there, too.

They should leave him be he played the role of a gay man he wasnt gay himself....they also go to military funerals and picket those because they were in the war and they believe the war is a sin so they think soldiers who died there are going to hell....Its so sad...I hope someone kicks their a** all of them!
These are the same people who protest outside of Ft Campbell Military Base in Kentucky where I live when the soliders come home and they are carrying signs that say "Thank God for IEDs". Most of the congregation are related and the "preachers" daughters are well educated attorneys. They are a sue happy bunch so confronting them would not be a good idea.
The people at Westboro Baptist Church are an embarrassment to Kansas and to the nation. What the do is very wrong. They are misguided fools. I live in Kansas and have heard and seen too much about those nuts. They shouldn't qualify as a church. Their tax exempt status should be revoked. They should be shut down. What they are doing is very wrong.

No I don't think it's right at all. And to be honest they are an embarrassment to Christianity. I heard a good thought on the radio yesterday. They said most Christians polled believed that the Christian faith was spending too much time on what they didn't believe in and not enough time on what they did believe in. It said that if Christians concentrated more on preaching their beliefs and reflecting the way Jesus would handle situations then more people would be interested in Christianity. As of now the actions of many Christians are turning people away from Christianity. So Westboro Baptist Church is not a good example of the teachings of Jesus. And for anyone interested this was a report on a Christian radio station.
