Nobody. As I screw up I apologize on the spot. Well, I take that back. I finally apologized to the girl I "picked on' in 6th grade way way back in the late 60's. it took me 38 years, but we got married this past Christmas Eve!

Well it all depends to whom you have hurt...
You owe an apology to all those who were hurt by you... and in the end you need to apologize to God if you have done anything wrong in your life...

When I was in the 7th or 8th grade, this guy asked me to be his gf. I said no in front of everybody and walked away.
He was such a sweet guy and I should have let him down a little easier.
To this day I feel HORRIBLE about it.
So I would like to say I am sorry to him.
I try not to let a whole lot of time go past before offering an apology. The delay can grow resentment. In many cases, even after an apology, the person will not accept it for reasons of pride or hurt. If I could do more for those people, I would. But in the end, I need to have a clear conscience.
