As a girl I can say I found out about diaphrams (that's what they're called) when I was probably a sphomore at high school. They suck, I tried using one like 5 years later and me and my boyfriend both agreed that they weren't worth the time. So worry if you didn't know about those, just stick to the good ole jimmy caps.
