Question: 5.5 feet

Answers: 5.5 feet
in meters 167 m

there is no need to care so much about yourself....................
just get on with it.........................................

115

GO LOOK ST UR BODY MASS INDEX ON THE COMPUTER.....GOOGLE BMI AND IT WILL TELL U

normal 118-156
underweight 117 or less
overweight 157-174
obese 175 or more

However much you're comfortable with and healthy with.

Those BMI's are grossly outdated and only real for models who binge and purge.

I'm 5'5 too! I weigh 107..but I'm relatively young.

The reccomended is 111-150 though.

130Ibs of lean, firm, solid, healthy muscle, you'll look like a 115Ibs because muscle is smaller than fat and heavier than muscle.

about 115-120....im 5'6 and weigh 107.

I'm reading a chart here and it says

Low 117 the Target weight 136, and to high is 156

So looks like I need to do some serious dieting...

Recommended BMI Chart
Underweight BMI less than 18.5
Ideal BMI 18.5-25
Overweight BMI 25-30
Obese - should lose weight BMI 30-40
Very obese - lose weight now BMI greater than 40

If you'd like to calculate your BMI yourself, follow these three steps.
Work out your height in metres and multiply the figure by itself
Measure your weight in kilograms
Divide the weight by the height squared (the answer to Q1)

For example, you might be 1.6m (5ft 3in) tall and weigh 65kg (10st 3lb). The calculation would then be:

1.6 x 1.6 = 2.56. BMI would be 65 divided by 2.56 = 25.39.
