...I don't think it's possible. =( You could plant vegetables, wheat, berries, etc. and raise meat on that deserted island so that you'll always get to have the products needed to make all sorts of sandwiches, eh? I'm sure that would be a dream come true for you... =P
but then someone would have to go to the island to get them! and what if u were the only person to get them since u thought of the idea? then ud eat them all before them could even be on the boat...idk...i just dont know
