when i'm upset i listen to upbeat music and then go for a run. it calms the body and puts my energy to good use.

polish my nails black and stare at my hands repeatedly throughout the day b/c they're sooooo purty ;-)
Upset is also a frame of mind and can be enjoyed until it last. It will itself end in positive feeling and cheering.
