I've always thought Yahoo acted strangely, and today doesn't seem any stranger than normal.
Today was not an exception, Yahoo is going through transitions and has not been working properly for a few months now.
Actually, I don't think it can get much better! Way to go yahoo...I love the chat applet in the mail!!!

People (well guessing person) keeps saying that questions are violations (when they're not) & I've also noticed someone just going round & giving people thumbs down for no reason (just thmubs down to 5/10 people whatevers there at the time

But unfortunately Yahoo also isn't connecting to websites that well either for some reason if that was what you meant....
I think its going through a transition or something (updating & getting better?)
