Both Moon and Searcher have expressed my sentiments!!...I love garlic and can eat red onions like an apple(almost)...I eat onions everyday,so internet friends are optimal for me.

Onions contain a flavanoid known as quercetin,which is a powerful type of antioxidant,inhibit platlet aggregation are high in fiber,vitamin c and potassium,and have many other medicinal properties such as being an anti-cancer and anti-ulcer food.
