The Who VS. The Stones?!
Question: So this is a discussion. Who do you think is better and why, The Who or The Rolling Stones?
I give the Stones props, they've been around forever and they have great music, but I just think the Who is better. No, they may not have lasted as long, but their music was very unique and innovative. I think they were amazing and they changed the rock scene. Now don't be mistaken, I love the Stones too.

Personally I like the Stones more. Don't get me wrong, I love the Who, the Stones have just been making such good music for so long and been in my life longer than any other band and I still dig 'em. Even though both bands have sold out since there heyday I think in their prime they were amazing.
Rolling Stones.
That's a really tough one. I think the Stones are definitely more accomplished, but I like that the Who are a little more raw. Plus only Keith Moon can play kickass Keith Moon drums. I was listening to the Stones all this past weekend. All in all, I think the Who might win just because of the rawness, but it's too close. Everybody wins--including us.
I don't know any songs by the Who. That could be because their music doesn't stand out to me as unique. The Stones, on the other hand, have a distinct sound that is unmistakeable. I don't listen to a lot of pop music or anything on the radio, because all the music sounds alike. The Rolling Stones, on the other hand, are one of the few bands I don't listen to on a regular basis that I can identify by their sound, even if it's a song I've never heard. I like some of their songs too, like Brown Sugar, Gimmie Shelter, Paint it Black, Honky Tonk Woman... heck, everything off of "Let it Bleed."
