Absolutely. What good are values if you don't live them? Talk is heard by some while actions are heard by many.
By and large yes....but every once in a while I mess up....thats where conscience (sp?) takes over.

'Normal' people will improve their performance to meet their standards. An alcoholic will lower his standards to meet his performance.
