they are not doing their jobs...when I get a violation notice the VIOLATION REASON is blank and I have to email them and tell them to do their job and fill in all the necessary blanks...

No, I never thought to do that.
It's ok, even nice sometimes, but really it's like any other service. They make money off of us. I don't go around thanking my phone company for dropping my calls, or my university for screwing my bank account each semester.

NO . I HAVE PAYED THEM . VERY OFTEN THEY DELETE ANSWERS, BECAUSE SOME TROLL THINKS THEM AS INAPPROPRIATE ; BUT IN FACT THE ANSWER IS THE TRUTH , AND NOT PAMPERING THE TROLLS ; WHEN ONE ASKS YAHOO AS TO WHY ? NO ANSWER.
