i love them both! i have more in common with my mum, so i spend more time with her, i would love to spend more time with dad, but we dont have alot in common that we can talkabout.. it frustrates me a bit. i always feel guilty when i call to talk to mum but dad answers and i have nothing to talk to him about :o( wish i did, i love my daddy.
I love them both with all my heart.
When I was young I use to say my dad, but as I got older I felt a closeness to both for different reasons. I just wish I could have spent more time with my mom before she died.

Father... by far. My mother is a raging lunatic, thats why.

I'd prefer them both ... Maybe one or the other at different times depending on the issue and circumstance that would help me benefit from their experience.. You need make no preference..... Love them both......

I'm lucky in that they are both my best friends.
I'm closer to my dad but I love my mom dearly. I'm a huge daddy's girl but I go to my mom for any kind of advice and just to talk. But I love both of my parents dearly and I am very blessed and thankful that I grew up and still have the kind of parents I do.
I was very loyal to both of them and probably could never choose between of them. My parents are gone and I wish I had one left and wouldn't care if it was my mom or dad.
....i crave both of them. i'm middle aged, and they're both still alive, and they're my living legacy. mother is more approachable, my father has the wisdom......love them both equally....
It depends. To talk to my mom but to relate to my dad. My mom is really talkative but has a very anal personality which can get annoying. Everything has to be clean, perfect and she worries way too much about the little things. My father on the other hand hardly says a word, takes life as it comes, doesn't fret over things you can't change and is very laid back at home but works to the bone at any job which is the same way I am.
Yes, I prefer my adopted mom (God rest her soul) my real mom is coniving and synical not to mention somewhat of a hypocrit.......As far as my father goes (adopted) there is no love lost between us, he hates me and I'm not fond of him, I believe he is 90 responsible for my adopted mom's death. Now as for my real father, if you recall Jimmy duranti?.....he is the spoitting image of jimmy, nose and all and a very sweet man, he dies 4 months after I met him.

As a child one cannot think of -- without any of them .
Its our growing self or call it selfish confidence which make us think which one out of two has favoured me.
Till life exist they both are equally God like for us unless THE GOD has some other plan.
