one that can be trusted.....i had a friend for a long time, and i knew it wasn't the same when i realized i couldn't confide in him anymore. i couldn't tell him personal things without them being repeated to other people.......it was depressing but i had to stop giving him much personal information about my life, and it doesn't feel like friendship to me if you can't talk on a personal level and try to help each other and share your real thoughts ........thats what friendship is!

Someone you can call in the middle of the night crying, for whatever reason and they will comfort you or wake up and come over. someone who you can be as werid as you want & she/he still loves to be around you.
If you got a flat at 3 o'clock in the morning and she goes to pick you up. Even if you are in the whole other side of town of where she lives because you went out w/ the jerk she said was no good for you, but you decided she was just jealous of you an you told her to go to to hell! And she brings you a cup of coffee, and while she changes your flat she also listens to you while you tell her how this guy just left you stranded.

I have a friend since child hood till know at list the last 40 years in any conditions we are there for each other and if you want to choose a friend for the first who are you and what you want ? You can say any body a friend ,but to get the really one it is not easy just ask yourself and help it out.
