Well abstinance, but otherwise Contraceptive Implant is over 99 percent effective.
The way it works is stops your ovaries releasing an egg every month (ovulation). It is a small tube which goes into a womans arm and can stay in for about 3 years. You have to have it put in and taken out by a doctor, but lots of people get them when they go off to uni etc. You should see your doctor about what she/ he thinks.
The Combined Pill is also over 99 percent effective if taken properly, but it can be a faff.
Progestogen Only Pill is also over 99 percent effective if taken correctly, but again it is easy to forget to take.
Diaphragms and caps are 92-96 percent effective when you regularly use spermicide. It can also prevent STIs
