if the person was in sight i would bring it to them, i was raised right. But, if i didnt know who it belong to and it was there i would take it, obviously. I would do the right thing first tho.

if it is in the mall and they are walking and no one else see's it than i would pick it up and pocket it , if they noticed but could not get it cause of full hands i would pick it up and hand it to them
