Do you ever look up to the sky and see clear things that seem to float in your e!

Question: It's hard to explain, but sometimes I can see clear things when I move my eye around. Some look long and skinny and others look like circles. Do you know what this is? Do you see them too?

yeah, they're called "floaters." Not being a smartazz either, I took an anatomy/physiology class in college and almost everyone in the class had them. They wont' hurt you!

yes

Those are called "floaters."

Great question.

You cant get rid of them, they are little bits of retina floating around in the ocular fluid in your eyeball. They make me mad. I hunt birds so they get in the way sometimes when I am looking at a clear sky.

They are sunspots - little dark spots that move when you follow them with your eyes.

They are actually called floaters and they are normal so no you're not just seeing things lol

Yup, the other posters are right; they're called floaters- small bundles of cells in the fluid of your eye.

They're usually harmless- you should only be concerned if they started showing up suddenly, or are accompanied by flashes of light.
