Very doubtful, I'm sure they would seek out good causes and worthwhile charities to give their charitable donations to, not only because that's a better choice, but because their accountant will tell them it's the only way it would be tax-deductable. Choosing random from a phone-book might be fun for those that receive, but would be a foolish way to give away one's money.

i read in the paper, where warren Buffet's sister is going around giving all of his money away, just like he wants her to. He is the 2nd richest man in the world. Her goal, is to give all of his money away, before he dies. people write into her and tell her about all of there troubles, then she goes to them, and gives them money. What a good guy. Not all rich people are blind to the plight of the average American.
