If i got gassy the last 4 times I drank milk, does that mean?!

Question: I'm lactose intolerant, or that I chugged it too fast out of the carton?

Answers: I'm lactose intolerant, or that I chugged it too fast out of the carton?

you could be lactose intolerant, sexy

p.s. its probably the beer, drunky

or they were rotten

Both

Either is a possibility.

Milk is nasty. The smell is horrid. I am serious. I can't make out with you anymore knowing you like milk..

its the lactose thing

lactose intolerant.. it just comes out of nowhere... sorry

Maybe a combo of both. You can get a product called Lactaid in drugstores to help with that if necessary.

no it doesnt
when your lactose intolerant you usually cant digest it even

both maybe???

it means you'll be A-Ok on your fifth time.

yes those are the symptoms

Yea I think so...I'm the same way.

Probably a little of both!!

i ? milk and LL is just jealous. maybe it is not the milk but donkey burger that you had.

Man , go to http://www.milksucks.com ,
then go and look under GAS. it will say it ALL there !

farting is so yummy! the answer is yes!

yes, switch to beer honey

i thought you were always gassy

You get hotter every day.

lame

well, when i was younger, i noticed a lot of sharp, shooting pains in my stomach after each time i drank milk. i had it checked out by a doctor and she confirmed that i was lactose intolerant. if this happens to be the same problem you have, i suggest sticking to a non-dairy diet for a few years and then trying it again. that is what i did, and i am no longer lactose intolerant. but, if you are a dairy lover like me, and a non-dairy diet seems inpossible, check out your grocery store and you will find many substitutions. lactaid or silk are great substitutions for milk. try cheeses from different animals (such as goat). there are even some non-dairy yogurts out there. and, as for ice cream, sorbet is a delicious non-dairy substituion! good luck and i hope this helped!

Buy filtered skim milk.
Drink 1 glass during breakfast, 1 glass at 3:00p.m or 3:30p.m. and another glass late at night.

Milk isn't the only dairy product to get your recommended calcium needs.
There Jarlsberg Norwegian light Swiss cheese, which is lactose free, also more lactose free cheese varieties.
A serving of cheese to get a serving of your calcium needs is small.

One should never "chug" a glass of milk. If the next time you drink a glass of milk, drink it slowly and see how your body reacts. If you still become "gassy" then I would venture a guess you might be lactose intolerant, which is fairly easy to cure. Products like Beeno help with this condition.

Probably lactose intolerant. Get the pills to make this easier on your system at Walmart. Get the generic...they are MUCH cheaper!
