Of these choices, what should I save up for?!

Question: I'm 13, and I have a very good baby-sitting job; 4 or 5 hours a week, $10 an hour, about $160 a month. And usually I save it all up for something I would really like. So, these are the choices:
1. A trampoline
2. A Nintendo DS
3. AN XBOX 360
4. A PS3
5. A Borders spree (lots of books!)
6. A pair of Uggs
Help?

wow!! good for you!! I'd choose the 'tramp.." with summer coming it would be really fun. PLUS it will last basically forever...PLUS all your friends and your family can enjoy it!! Here's an idea..if you go for the tramp...maybe your mo and dad will go 1/2 with you???? What do you think?? You sound adorable... ? ? p.s take a trip to the library and have
a " SPREE 4 FREE"!!!!! ?

if it was me id go with the pair of uggs

Books

BOOKS

Neither save for COLLEGE

PS3. I wish I had one.

1/2 on Borders spree 1/2 in the bank.

are you only choosing one thing? i'd say get the borders spree.

An Xbox 360

None. Save up for Real estate instead. Once you buy any of the things you listed, you'll have to work more to get more money again. Once you buy Real Estate, money works for you, instead of you working for money.

Good Luck~

2.nintendo ds
there lots of fun
and in a month you'll be able to aford it :-)

borders spree

uggs

My girls love their Ds's - I would say that or the spree at Borders....that is always fun!

Hmm.. Wii is not on there, so consoles are out. I'd go with the books, but that's because I love to read. I don't think you should get the Uggs.. Get something that's going to last longer.

5. A Borders spree (LOTS of BOOKS)

I'd go with the Uggs then the DS and then the PS3!! xx

I would choose....
NDS(because i really want it too!)
or a borders spree. i recently had a bookstore spree too! =)

The XBOX 360.

Invest your money in something and make more money. Don't waste it on any of the things you have listed. Save for your retirement...Will you be happier having those things now or will you be happy when you are 60 years old and NEVER have to work again?

A trampoline, so you can bounce your a.s.s out of this section. Isn't there a lot of adult content here?

Uggs

You should start your own business based on your favorite hobby or interest. Why waste your time with fashion or some computer games when you could be doing something your love, pursuing your interests, and at the same time making money.

Or failing that, you could invest it in a Roth IRA, or at least an interest earning savings account. ING Direct online is top notch and so simple to set up, with parent's help of course.

DEFINITELY not the ps3 it sucks. yea it has great graphics but the games are definitely lackign. the trampoline i would recommend for exercise but it can become a novelty real quick. the ds you cant share or play 2 players easily so no. DO NOT GET THE UGGS. unless you live in the snow they are snow boots. THEY ARE THE UGLIEST THINGS ON THIS PLANET!!!! so either the 360 or the borders. the 360 has great games and i love it. the borders would be great expecially for taking books over to the babysitting to entertain the kids more. so have fun with whatever you choose.

well i have a # 1 onli can be used in the summer for me~!
#'s 2 3 & 4 well i have a game cube that i never use!
#5 i dont really like reading much
#6 i prefer Nike
but whatever you think that you will like the best and enjoy the most, its your money u do as you please with it~!!!!! =-)

Do you love to read? because in educational and leisure ways, they are good for you. If not, then I would choose between something portable or graphical. Portability=nintendo ds, Graphical=xbox360 or ps3.
Games for now I would pick xbox 360, future, probably ps3.

Hows about you stick it all in a bank account and when you've decided thn spend it - you don't want to buy something and then change your mind.

I would get a savings account and save save save. dont cheat yourself buy something constructive and useful my daughter saved and had five hundred dollars in a few months and when she went on vacation she was able to do and buy what we couldnt afford to give her. she learned a lot of responsibility from that now 16 she is saving for her car. Go with the Books save the rest. knowledge is a powerful thing and hell reading is fundamental sry couldnt help that lol

I think u should save it and add it with the next month salary and get something better, or u can get an xbox & if u get tired of it not that u will but u can sell 2 someone by the way trampoline causes many accidents.

Borders spree!!

The trampoline. Fun for yourself, your friends, and your family, and a great way to get fit.
