How long does it take for a violation to delete your question?!

It happens as soon as someone reports it!
It doesn't matter how old or new it is!
It doesn't matter if it is already resolved!
Hell it doesnt even matter that the question does not deserve to be reported! (i seem to get reported for silly questions like "Whats wrong?" , and they ignor all my dirty q&a′s!)

I got one for a question I asked 6 months ago the other week..... I mean WTF....! All a bit messed up if you ask me!
It really sucks because anyone can report any question and there is about a 95% chance it will get removed. It doesn't matter if its offensive, kind, polite, or vulgar.
Something needs to be done and soon.

It can happen at any stage. I've had them violated while still live or even before they post! I've also had them violated after I've awarded best answer. In fact that just happened to me today for a question where I had offered 10 points to the person who gave me my thousandth star.
I think it depends on how often and how thoroughly Y!A actually checks questions and answers and also on whether someone reports a question or answer.
