Question: I AM REPOSTING THIS QUESTION:
At this point I am seeking the need to hear other peoples' job place drama.... before I quit mines.
Am I alone, or does every job have unecessary drama?
Please enlighten me with yours.
Who's your villian, what's the problem, and how have you decided to deal with it.
If you NOW have no drama but did before, those stories will be nice too.

The biggest Drama in my work field has been who is sleeping with who, and Who is getting to divorced to marry someone else in the company. A regular Soap Opera I tell ya. I hate it! They are have there clones, and Fan clubs, and I never joined any of them, nor do I intend to. To each there own, but, it gets so old after awhile!! And years down the road, they will do it again I have seen it over and over.
I dont bother with the drama
I have so much inside that it seems minor at work
It doesnt even frustrate me
its a cakewalk really
So many people are a mess there
maybe I feel at home

uhh..
my boss just shouted at my colleague(a girl) saying
" stop using the phone and do your job"
this girl who hates me for no reason , keeps on bothering me... i swear at her in english but she says something in chinese. I could break her face, but hey lets be mature here, and let's get her fired.
so the colleague of mine who got shouted on was the girl that hated me.. yes, i complained to my boss..
she's getting fired in a month...
all my customers that have no patience! that and my kids who work for me
lol, well there are many drammas at my work place, whic makes it a little fun to be there.
1) I work in an office with people from 18 to 30 years old, so yeah, we have quite a good time, we have parties, blah blah blah.
2) we are a lot working there, like 50, so you can figure out that there's always a new conflict going on
3) the latelest one is that micaela a nice but crazy 18 year old girl wants to be a supervisor, the manager thinks it's ok since she works good, but all the other co-workers disagree cos' she's a newby at the place, I mean working here only for 2 mnths and she's already a sub, no way think some, others think she deserves it, so now we are devided in 2 sides.
not only that, but the manager has asked us all for more work than we should take, since we are doing good, he has upgraded his expectations, asking us for more, which is a real pain in the ***, so we are all upset. and verbal fights are taking over the place
wanna know the best part?
tje story goes on and every day it's a new conflict, lol I like my job :S
The new boss is completely clueless on how to run our team. Clueless on policy and procedure, clueless on leadership skills. So, she puts on this tough, "intimidation" act to try to cover up her cluelessness. But everyone sees through it. We are grinning and bearing it and hoping her carelessness cans her, so the big bosses at the corporate level will find us a competent leader. It wouldn't be so bad that she was being such a bi-tch, if she was at least on top how the job is run. But she is bitchy and unethical. She expects us to begin work BEFORE we are on the clock and expects us to continue to work AFTER she makes us all clock off.
It wouldn't be so bad that she is so clueless, if she could at least be human about it and admit that she is needing some help in how things are done.
well i work in clubs and bars as a singer and my regular is every saturday in the same place...there's always something happening, especially with one couple who constantly fight, SHE always tries to involve me in her domestics but i tend to back off because when the shat starts flying we all have to take cover, and they do beat the crap out of each other ocasionally.... they have been barred out many times...so i am wondering why they get let back in..if they bring trouble they should be barred for life......i have to deal with drunks every weekend and sometimes i feel like throwing the towel in but the money is too good to quit my job...i love my job but other peoples crap pisses me off big time...i am sober, they are drunk and theres no reasoning with drunks....
