Have you ever tried to quit smoking..but restarted...what did you miss the most?!
Question: was it the nicotine rush or the hand to mouth motion? I tried to quit in the past and missed the hand to mouth motion..it became such a habit.
Why is everything that is bad for you good?
Smoking, chocolate, caffine, and the list goes on...

Definitely the hand to mouth action but what I missed the most was sitting on an outside bench during lunch with a cigarette and having those 5 to 10 reflective minutes to yourself.
I believe in everything in moderation.
I missed the hand gestures most of all, the whole action of it. My lungs made me quit for good, though, and I don't miss it now, oddly enough. (I chain-smoked for years.)
no i don't smoke
I have tried to give up at least 5 times over the last 10 years or so. I was even hypnotised once, had the gum and the patches but I just lack the will power.
When you think you go for several hours without one when you are asleep but can't manage to do that during the day.
I just had a general feeling of 'loss', that something was missing.
QUIT, why would I even think about it. Its expensive, smells bad, not socially acceptablte any longer, and they really do kill us! And its even banned within some city limits here!? I did quit once, for 5 years, had it beat, then took 1 puff, so my date wouldn't smell like an ash tray, and I was hooked 5 times stronger! I missed all of it! I want to quit again!
