That's happened to me multipul times this week, I need to see my friends more often, so they don't try to squeeze me so hard my head pops off!!!

My favourite Aunty used to do that when I was a kid. She'd squeeze me so hard, that my face would turn bright red. I swear I was almost to the point of passing out!
