I used to work with a guy we nicknamed wah-wah. It was horrible to be around him. I actually thought of strangling him he was so depressing, but it would have been easier just to shot myself. I mean it was constant 24 hour complaining.
Finally one day my boss and me were talking about him and my boss said, "you know he has been doing it so long he doesn't even realize he is doing it, it's part of him now"
After that I just avoided him.

The girl who replaced me when I left my last position is a crybaby. Literally. The team tells me that she literally cries at least once or twice every week over some dumb crap.
That's annoying.
ummm..no.tell him to fix his problems @ home so he doesnt blabber his mouth @ work or tell the boss about it.
