Depends on what is in the lunch! Lots of sugar, soda, Etc. Turkey - makes yah tired.
IF you have too much suger you will get really hyper and then you will get really tierd sugar does that to you. Also before lunch your body is all hyped up and is trying to tell you its hungry but then once its satisfied it beings to settle down!
The blood in your body rushes to your digestive system in order to process the food or supply the organs that perform
that function leaving the rest of the body feeling drained &
tired
yes I do- I also get sleepy at work before lunch,during lunch,when i pull up to start my day etc...My job consist of me on yahoo or sleeping most of the day---I didn't see you asked "why"----well I think it's because my job is boring & there's nothing to do besides sit here & get sleepy
Probably too much sugar! Ya gotta stop being so darn sweet Platy! That really takes a lot out of a person...err um...Platypus! =)
