for a mathematic reason it is half full. If you have an empty --and divide it into two, you got nothing. If you have one full and split in two you will have half full. So the glass is only half full.
I still say the glass is twice as big as the specs for the application require. Good luck!
It can be both or it can third full two thirds empty! or any percentage!
The glass is half-full from my viewpoint, might be half-empty and hopeless from some depressed person's viewpoing and might be in a quantum state of flux from a scientific viewpoint.
Just remember, a heck of a lot of people on this planet don't even have a glass so even if your glass is empty, really, you're still ahead in the game!
For me the glass is half full. When I notice it's dropping down a bit I just go and fill it up a little with something positive. I've spent time with those who only see a half empty, and sometimes constantly dirty, glass. To me, that will wear you down really quick.. No matter how much is in the glass, a pessimist will often only see how much they have " lost".. Yet, an optimist keeps trying to keep that glass clean and filled up enough, all the while believing that the darn old glass "will" not stay empty and will fill again!!
