How many people wander this world and never find true happiness?!

Question: Everyone I know, including me, except for one person

That would be my friend Annie Salvoya.

Annie was born with leukemia and is currently struggling in the hospital ever since the end of last year, when it came back. Annie’s words... they are a gift. It is not the words of a selfish human, not even a normal human being at all. Despite her condition, she continues to do whatever she can to reach her goal: to have a day of complete peace and happiness with out war, hate, or unhappiness.

She has currently started a blog on Yahoo 360 because she said, that her days are now limited and numbered. She wants to be remembered when she dies.

But she is wrong.

She is ALREADY remembered. She is remembered by me, her friends, and the world. She calls me her Hope, but she is mine. Annie is my Hope, my role model, my help. She is full of love and peace and hope. No one could ask for a better friend.

Annie vows that she will work to her goal until she dies. Her days on earth are numbered, but in my heart, her days are unlimited to forever and eternity. We need more people like her who strive for peace and love in this world, people who give themselves away for the goodness and happiness of others. Annie Salvoya has found her happiness by the one true way of doing it: by making other people happy.

99% if not more

Oh, more than half. You have to stop looking for it, let happiness seek you out.

too many...

so sad...

Probably the ones who live their whole life believing in such a thing as true happiness.

There are a great many of us.

I think a lot do.

I wonder all the time! but the truth is humans are always going to fight it's in our nature!

Probably a lot more than you would think.

Billions!!!

Sadly, I think that is the majority. Who can be happy when they're poverty-stricken? Most of the world is, you know.

i guess everyone

oh..a lot more than our minds can estimate..

you know how they say that sometimes..
hell is right here on earth..?
i truly believe that..

You don't just "find" true happiness. Being happy at life requires effort. A good marriage takes work. A good job takes work. Everything takes work. People always say stupid things like, "oh wow, your house is always so clean and neat and organized." Hello! How do you think that happens? Magic? I work at it to be that way! My marriage is enviable. But trust me, I work at that too. I think people are just wandering around trying to 'find' happiness. Happiness won't just fall in your lap. Figure out what you need to be happy and go after it with everything you've got.

more than you and I will ever know!

I would venture a guess of TOO MANY. Many do not know how to even search for happiness.

Happiness is a moving, fleeting thing, like the song, it's a living thing, why do we try to put it into an entire lifetime, stuck mode? We are all wanderers, we just think if we act busy no body will notice, purpose is a good thing but not much interested in evolution of the human,,,,,

too many, and most other people don't care if they did these lonely multitudes would not be so alone, and or without.
thus how rage, hate, violence is in part created.

Plenty do.

Unable to give you a number and/or percentage. I only know that it seems to happen to those not willing to take a chance. Frightening, though it may be.

Not never, probably haven't.
