Does anyone else notice how customer service has declined lately?!

Question: just about everywhere you go?

Answers: just about everywhere you go?

Yes, it's terrible, I sometimes have to say "Hi" first or after I get what I was there for I have to say "Thanks", etc. It's very annoying, especially when I was in Vegas though, people were more rude than here in Seattle!

It's what they get for hiring cheap help.

I would love to answer your question, but I honestly, have no idea what you are talking about.

I'm sorry and I hope you get satisfactory answers after me.

:-)

You can fix it. Report it to the manager, tell him/her that you expect to be treated with courtesy, respect and pleasantry and that you will
not shop where you do not get those things.
I reinstated grocery carry out all over my town.

Yes. But if you have also noticed the wages for these workers have not went up either. Those in the customer service industry are usually the most underpaid and unappreciated. It is a fact that better pay and incentives defenitly affect an employees attitude and job performance. I dont use this as an excuse but I could see their point of view also.

Yes and the manager never wants to face the problem. Sick of it

Move to Ohio. The customer is always right. Even when they're rude and cruel to someone trying their best to help.

My husband told me customer service in Los Angeles and Las Vegas is terrible. That they even tell you "Whatever" or "Go away" at the airports....
