In Canada ....drinking question?!

Question: The legal drinking age in Canada is 18 years old. USA is 21 right. But everyone sneeks into bars to drink.....

Meaning that in Canada (depending on how mature you look) you COULD get in if you are 15 or 16! (I had a friend that got into a bar @ 15 years old)

What are your views on that? Do you find that waay to young? Or you don't really care?

Yes, I was getting served when I was 17 without a problem.

If you can join the army and be killed you should be able to drink.

when i was 18 i thought it was great! my friends and i would go to cananda and hit the bars

Most provinces in Canada have a legal age of 19, not 18. There is only two years difference, and that's not much. Now here's the thing you should be considering. You can drive a car at 16, pilot 2000 lbs of steel, aluminum and plastic..you can vote at 18..decide how your country is going to be run..you can decide to have sex at 14 (in Canada the age of consent is 14! The present government is raising that to 16..big whoop) but you can't buy smokes or booze until you're 19.

Now think about that.
