No, the two times that I have been violated I knew what they were for.
Yes, I have had 4 violations, and have no clue as to why. The reason for violation was left blank in all of the Y!A emails.
Nope...I was using song titles and they said that was chatting and I argued with them and they threatened to delete my account...=-(
They said it was "chatting", but in reading it over and over and checking the guidelines, I could never discover exactly what specifically the part was that was chatting.
No reason is pretty common, so don't worry about it. It happens.
