It is 8:12 here in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area and the temperature is 46 degrees with sunny skies and no wind. The high will reach 59 degrees. For most folks this is a great fall day. Down here our winters are very mild and the fall season is usually quite warm. So, a day like today is 'manna from heaven.' It will be like this for the next five days with a chance for rain on one day.
It's funny in that ever since Hurricane Katrina we have had great weather. I guess Mother Nature wore herself out with that storm.
